糖化血清白蛋白检验诊断糖尿病的价值分析及研究

摘要 目的对糖化血清白蛋白(glycated albumin,GA)检验诊断糖尿病的价值进行分析及研究。方法选取该院收治的糖尿病患者50例作为观察组,收治时间均在2015年2月—2016年4月期间,另抽选同期在该院体检的健康人员40名作为对照组,对两组观察对象的血清与空腹血糖水平进行检验和比较。结果观察组患者的血清白蛋白水平明显较对照组高,其空腹血糖水平亦高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖化血清白蛋白检验对糖尿病诊断的价值较高,值得临床广泛应用。 Objective To analyze and research the value of glycated albumin in tes t ing and diagnosis of diabetes. Methods 50 cases of pat ients with diabetes admit ted and treated in our hospi tal were selected as the observation group, and the admission time was from February 2015 to Apr il 2016, and 40 cases of heal thy phys ical examination persons at the same period were selected as the control group, and the serum albumin level and fast ing blood sugar level were compared between the two groups. Results The serum albumin level and fast ing blood sugar level were higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The value of glycated albumin in tes t ing and diagnosis of diabetes is higher, which is worth cl inical wide applicat ion.
