摘要 目的观察糖尿病饮食指导卡应用于糖尿病患者饮食指导的效果。方法以100例糖尿病患者为对象,随机分组,对照组常规指导,观察组加用饮食指导卡护理。结果观察组的空腹血糖与餐后2 h的血糖水平、护理满意度等指标数据均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病饮食指导卡应用于糖尿病患者饮食指导效果显著,适于推广。 Objective To observe the effect of diabetic diet instruction card in guiding the dieting effect of patients with diabetes. Methods 100 cases of patients with diabetes were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups, the control group adopted the routine guidance, while the observation group adopted the diabetic diet instruction card nursing. Results FPG,2hPBG and nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application effect of diabetic diet instruction card in guiding the dieting effect of patients with diabetes is obvious, which is suitable for promotion.
