彩色多普勒超声用于早期糖尿病肾病诊断的临床应用价值研究

Research on Clinical Application Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声用于早期糖尿病肾病(Diabetic nephropathy,DN)诊断的临床应用价值。方法选择该院2015年2月—2016年10月收治的DN患者80例为观察组,选择同期健康体检人员80名为对照组,采用彩色多普勒超声检查,比较两组患者肾脏长径、前后径、左右径、体积,肾脏血流EDV、PSV、Vm、PI、RI。肾脏实质分级与血流分级情况。结果观察组患者肾脏大小与体积显著大于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者肾脏实质、血流各级别比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的EDV、PSV、Vm显著低于对照组,PI、RI显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声检查可以早期诊断DN,可根据肾脏体积大小,肾脏血流灌注、血流参数等情况判断患者疾病情况。

Objective To discuss the clinical application value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 80 cases of patients with DN were selected as the observation group and 80 cases of healthy physical examination persons were selected as the control group and examine with color Doppler ultrasound, and the renal diameter, anteroposterior diameter, left and right diameter, volume, renal blood flow EDV, PSV, Vm, PI, RI, renal parenchymal classification and blood flow classification were compared between the two groups. Results The renal size and volume in the observation group were bigger than those in the control group(P<0.05), the differences in the renal parenchyma and various grades of blood flow between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05), the EDV, PSV, Vm were obviously lower than those in the control group, and PI and RI were obviously higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasound can diagnose the DN in the early stage, and the disease condition of patients can be judged according to the renal volume size, renal blood perfusion and blood flow parameters.
