高速公路水稳基层施工关键技术研究

Study on critical construction technologies of highway water-stabilized base

结合临离高速公路路面第二合同段工程实例,从混合料搅拌、压实、水泥剂量、层间水泥浆洒布、平整度五方面,阐述了水稳基层的施工关键技术,总结了施工各环节的控制措施,有利于避免水稳基层开裂、不成型、强度低等质量通病的发生。

Combining with Lin-Li highway pavement 2nd contracting section engineering example,starting from aspects of mixture mixing,compaction,cement dosage,slurry spraying and evenness,the paper describes critical construction technologies of water stabilized base,and summarizes construction control measures,which will be good for avoiding quality diseases,such as water stabilized base cracking,non-shaped and low strength and so on.
