针对国内房地产融资的发展现状,提出改善房地产融资市场的一些建议,并从房地产私募资金、发展房地产代建模式、推广REITs融资方式、发展夹层融资市场等方面,归纳了几套极具价值的融资新模式,以供参考。

Aiming at the development of domestic real estate financing in China,some suggestions for improving the real estate financing market are put forward,from the real estate private equity funds,development of real estate construction agent model,promotion of REITs financing way,development of mezzanine financing market and other aspects,several sets of valuable new financing models are summarized,for reference.
