摘要
从造价人员、经济政策、建筑市场、工程施工等角度,分析了影响建筑工程造价的因素,并探讨了降低建筑工程造价的策略,以有效控制建筑工程的整体投资成本,实现建筑工程造价管理的合理性。
From the cost personnel,economic policy,construction market,engineering construction and other points of view,this paper analyzed the factors influence of the construction engineering cost,and discussed the strategy reducing construction engineering cost,to effectively control the overall investment cost of construction engineering,realized the rationality of construction engineering cost management.
