This paper discussed the role of cost planning in construction engineering construction project cost management,discussed the method establishment of project cost control system,and analyzed the relationship of cost,quality,construction period three aspects,pointed out that to correctly handle the relationship of these three goals,to maximize the economic benefits of project.
