摘要
介绍了BIM技术和建筑工业化的发展过程,阐述了BIM技术在工业化建筑中的应用途径,并针对BIM技术在建筑工业化应用中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决方法,从而促进"建筑工业化+BIM"的发展与实务应用。
The paper introduces the development of BIM technique in architectural industrialization,illustrates the application channel for the BIM technique in the industrialized buildings,and points out the respective solutions according to the problems of the BIM technique in the architectural industrialization,so as to enhance the development and application of＂architectural industrialization ＋ BIM＂.
