摘要
论述了建设项目完工风险的定义与类型,针对建设项目完工风险的危害性,探讨了建设项目参与者有效回避与转移完工风险的方法,并从工期控制、资金管控、分段施工、选用高素质人员四方面,提出了一些防范与化解完工风险的建议。
The paper discuses the definitions and types of construction project completion risk. In light of construction project completion risk hazards,it explores methods of effectively avoiding and transforming completion risks for construction participants,and finally puts forward some suggestions of preventing and solving completion risks from four aspects of construction schedule control,funds control,partial construction and selecting high-quality staff.
