This paper discussed the necessity of simulation of stockholding system of construction units implementation of the project,and combining with a pilot project,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of construction unit simulation of stockholding system,from the cultural atmosphere construction,core team establishment,proper authorization to the decentralization and other aspects,put forward some improvement suggestions of project simulation of stockholding system.
