摘要
文章针对智慧档案馆建设问题,通过分析全国43家省市级档案馆的调查数据,重点探讨智慧档案馆建设条件和建设原则,并认为数字资源是智慧档案馆建设的重要基础,以期为我国智慧档案馆的建设发展提供借鉴。
The article focus on the problems related to the construction of smart archives, firstly introduces the conception of the smart archives, and then analyzes the survey data of the 43 national provincial and municipal archives. This article focuses on the conditions,the principles of the smart archives construction, and also states that the digital resources is an important basis for the construction of smart archives, in order to provide some reference for the construction and development of smart archives in China.
