P25-TiO_2中空球双层光阳极膜的制备及光电性能研究

摘要 采用水热法制备出了TiO_2中空球,应用FESEM、TEM、XRD和漫反射光谱等对所得材料的形貌、结构和漫反射性能进行了表征,结果显示该中空球是由锐钛矿TiO_2多面体组成,并且呈现出较好的光散射性能。采用静电喷的方法制备出了由中空球组成的单层和有P25-中空球组成的双层光阳极膜,结果显示,单层结构对应的光电转换效率为2.13%,而双层结构的光电转换效率达到了2.96%提高了约28.0%。 TiO2 hollow spheres were prepared by hydrothermal treatment in this paper.The morphology,structure,and diffuse reflection properties of TiO2 hollow spheres were characterized by FESEM,TEM,XRD,and diffuse reflection spectrum.The results show that TiO2 hollow spheres with good light scattering performance are composed of anatase TiO2 polyhedron.The single-layer photoanodic film composed of hollow spheres and the double-layer structure composed of P25-hollow spheres were fabricated by electrostatic spraying.The results show that the photoelectric conversion efficiency(PCE)of single-layer P25-hollow spheres is 2.13%,while that of double-layer structure reaches 2.96%,up about 28.0%.
