according to the features of color-spun yarn and rich color-spun yarn production experience of Bros Eastern Co.,Ltd.,this paper overall analyzed production difficulties of color-spun yarn and indicated the important way to improve the quality and efficiency of color-spun yarn enterprises,i.e.further improve quality and grade of color-spun yarn,enhance equipment production efficiency,and reduce labor force.The effective measures to improve the quality and efficiency of color-spun yarn enterprises are to accelerate updating and transformation of key equipment,and select the key spinning devices.
