摘要
内蒙古农村饮用水源地水质安全问题突出。2015年,全区共监测109个村庄的集中式饮用水水源井113眼,水源井类型均为地下水。水源井取水水质达标率为39.4%,超标指标1-10项不等,有氟化物、总硬度、硫酸盐、氯化物、铁、锰、氨氮、硝酸盐氮、高锰酸盐指数和总大肠菌群。氟化物、总硬度、硫酸盐、氯化物、锰、铁超标主要源于地质因素或区域气候长期干旱所致,氨氮、硝酸盐氮、高锰酸盐指数和总大肠菌群超标主要源于生活污染和农业面源污染。目前我区农村生活饮用水入户前基本未经消毒等处理,从水源井加压泵出后直接进网入户,水源地保护直接关系村民的身体健康,相关部门要加强农村集中式饮用水源地保护和自来水入户前的消毒处理,让村民喝上干净的水。
The water quality safety of the rural drinking water in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has a serious problem. In 2015, it monitored 113 centralized drinking groundwater wells in 109 villages in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The water quality of water samples collected in well which attainment on water quality standard was 39.4%. There were 1 to 10 indicators not attainment the water quality standard in different wells. The indicators were fluoride, total hardness, suKate, chloride, iron, manganese, ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, potassium permanganate index and total coliform bacteria. The fluoride, total hardness, sulfate, chloride, iron and manganese, whose reasons for the water quality non-attainment the water quality standard were the natural background of the indicators in water quality standard at a high level and the climate in the rural of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was dry for long time. The ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, potassium permanganate index and total coliform bacteria, whose reason for the water quality non-attainment the water quality standard was it had life pollution and agriculture non-point source pollution. Drinking water was from centralized drinking groundwater wells to tap by the pump and water supply pipeline. The majority of drinking water was not disinfected in this process. It is very important to protect drinking water source for the villagers could drink clean water and health. It suggests that relevant departments would strengthen the protection of rural centralized drinking water and tap water disinfection from water supply plant to the tap.
