摘要
采用失重法、EMS及EDS分析,模拟油田CO_2腐蚀环境对N80钢进行CO_2腐蚀实验。结果表明:随温度和CO_2分压的升高,N80钢的腐蚀速率迅速增大,在压力为5MPa、温度为80℃时,出现最极值。温度大于80℃,N80钢表面附着有连续的腐蚀产物膜,该膜对金属具有一定的保护作用。
The CO2 corrosion of N80 steel was experimented in simulative CO2 oilfield condition and analyzed by weight-loss method, EMS and EDS. The result shows that the corrosion rate of N80 steel increases rapidly with the increase of temperature and CO2 partial pressure. When the pressure is 5MPa and the temperature is 80T , the most extreme value occurs. And N80 steel surface is attached to a continuous corrosion product film over 80T , the film has a certain protective effect on the metal.
