摘要
身体活动对于脑疲劳的调节不仅具有生物遗传的特性,同时还有文化特色如中医的调节.在大多数的情形中人的疲劳是由体力负荷与脑力负荷共同导致的,因此凸显了避免体疲劳的重要性.目前的研究显示,体疲劳与脑疲劳之间存在复杂的相互影响,脑疲劳作为一种神经疲惫状态却具有一定的稳定性.身体活动对于脑疲劳的调节主要有两个途径:一是基础性的兴奋手段;二是通过身体活动以改善情绪体验、兴趣等促进脑疲劳的缓解.
The regulation of physical activity on mental fatigue not only has the characteristics of biological heredity, but also has cultural characteristics such as the regulation of Chinese medicine. In most of the scenarios, physical and mental workloads co-lead operator into fatigue state. Thus, it is important to avoid physical fatigue. Mental fatigue is a kind of nervous exhaustion state with strong stability. There are two ways for the regulation of mental fatigue: On the one hand the physical activity is used as a means to maintain excitement, but on the other hand Physical activity through the improvement of emotional experience, interest, etc. to promote brain fatigue.
