Research on the Dynamic Control of Railway Project Cost

随着我国市场经济的不断深化,铁路工程项目应遵循动态的造价控制原则,在项目实施的各个阶段,运用组织、技术和经济等方法对工程造价进行测算和分析,以期获得项目最大的投资效益。由于铁路工程项目造价控制在实施过程的各个阶段都具有动态性,此文提出在项目的决策阶段、设计阶段及施工阶段,采用数学模型控制项目成本的方法,提高工程项目在各个阶段的造价控制和管理水平,实现项目投资收益最大化的目标。

Along with the deepening of market economic in our country, the railway project should follow the principles of dynamic cost control and utilize the organizational technological and economic methods at each stage in the implementation of the project, in order to realize the largest investment benefit in construction projects. Based on the dynamic engineering project cost control in the implementation of the various stages, this paper proposes mathematic models to control construction cost in the project decision -making stage, design stage and construction slage in order to increase the level of the project cost control management and maximize the investment benefits.
