山区铁路梁场设置与箱梁制架方案探讨

Discussion on the Setting of Prefabricated Yard and the Scheme of Fabrication and Erection for Box Girder of Mountain Railway

在山区铁路桥梁工程建设中,受运输等条件的限制及节约项目成本,需在现场修建制存梁场,如何针对桥梁分布和工程特点合理布设,此文以张吉怀铁路井舞段桥梁建设工程为例,对梁场设置和箱梁制架方案进行比选,据此提出可行方案,满足建设总工期的要求。

Restricted by transportation and other conditions and cost savings, prefabricated and storage yard for box girder are needed to be built for the construction of railway bridge in mountainous area. The reasonable layout of prefabricated and storage yard is analyzed according to the bridge distribution and engineering characteristics in this paper. Taking the bridge construction in Jingwu section of Zhang Jihuai railway as an example, the setting of prefabricated yard and the scheme of fabrication and erection for box girder is compared and selected, and the feasible scheme is proposed to meet the requirements of the total con- struction period.
