责任制整体护理模式对突发性耳聋预后的影响

The Responsibility System for Overall Nursing Mode's Influence on the Prognosis of Sudden Deafness

目的:探讨责任制整体护理对突发性耳聋患者预后的影响。方法:回顾性分析2010年1月至2013年12月间,对我院耳鼻喉科就诊的152例突发性耳聋患者护理临床资料。结果:责任制整体护理模式关注患者的心理护理、情绪调控,注重健康教育,76例患者痊愈34例(44.74%)、显效19例(25.0%)、有效18例(23.68%)、无效5例(6.58%),总有效率达93.42%,满意度达92.4%,治疗依从性93.42%,明显高于传统护理模式。结论:突发性耳聋患者在常规药物治疗中,责任制整体护理关注患者的心理、情绪,实施有针对性的心理护理与健康教育,积极改善患者的不良情绪,提高治疗效果。

Objective： To discuss the responsibility system for holistic nursing effect on the prognosis of patients with sudden deafness. Methods： Retrospective analysis in January 2010 to December 2013,to the hospital otolaryngology seeing a doctor of nursing clinical data of 152 patients with sudden deafness. Results：The responsibility system for overall nursing mode focus on the patient’s psychological nursing,emotional regulation,Pay attention to health education,76 patients recovered 34 cases（ 44.74%）,19 cases were markedly improved（ 25.0%）,effective in 18 cases（ 23.68%）,5 cases（ 6.58%）,the total effective rate of 93.42%,satisfaction of 92.4%,Treatment compliance 93. 42%,Significantly higher than the traditional nursing mode.Conclusion： Responsibility system for sudden deafness patients in the routine drug treatment,the overall nursing on patients with mental,emotional,implement targeted psychological care and health education,actively improve the patient’s bad mood,improve the effect of treatment.
