潜阳封髓丹加减治疗多重耐药菌感染反复发热3例

通过对潜阳封髓丹治疗3例多重耐药菌感染反复发热病例分析提示,多重耐药菌感染患者,一般病程长,病情复杂,可合并多种基础疾病,多部位反复感染以及贫血、低蛋白血症等,使得其气血阴阳不断衰退。如长期运用清热泻火、滋阴寒凉的中药或者具有寒性的抗菌药物,耗损阳气,最终伤及脾、肾之阳;若阴寒内盛,致虚阳外越,或夹上焦痰热,形成寒热错杂,上热下寒,以寒为主,热为次;虚实夹杂,以虚为主、实为次的病机,即可辨证选用潜阳封髓丹加减治疗。

Through the analysis on 3 cases of repetitive fever induced by multiple resistant bacterial infection treated with qianyang fengsui pills,it is suggested that the cases induced by multiple resistant bacterial infection has a long duration, complicated situation, various complicated basic diseases, multi - regional and repetitive infection, anemia and hypoproteinemia, etc. All of those result in the constant declines of qi, blood, yin and yang. If long - term using of Chinese herbal medicines for clearing heat, reducing fire, nouris- hing yin and of cold nature, or the anti - bacterial drugs of cold nature, yang qi is consumed. Consequently, spleen and kidney yang is damaged. The excessive internal cold leads to yang of deficiency type on the exterior or phlegm heat in the upper jiao. In the mixture of cold and heat,the heat is in the upper and the cold in the lower, in which, the cold is predominated comparing with the heat. In the mixture of deficiency and excess, the deficiency is predominated comparing with the excess. On the basis of the pathogenesis, the qianyang fengsui pills are modified accordingly.
