联用抗炎药、中药与激素类药物对病情复发的肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者进行治疗的效果探析

Therapy of Anti inflammatory drugs combined with Triditional Chinese Medicine and amcinonide for the recrudescent Granulomatous Mastitis

目的 :探讨联用抗炎药、中药与激素类药物对病情复发的肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法 :对2015年4月至2016年4月期间四川省绵阳肿瘤医院收治的40例病情复发的肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。随机将这40例患者分为手术治疗组(20例)和中药治疗组(20例)。对手术治疗组患者联用手术疗法、抗炎药与激素类药物进行治疗,对中药治疗组患者联用抗炎药、中药与激素类药物进行治疗,然后比较两组患者病情的再复发率。结果 :治疗结束后,对两组患者进行半年的随访发现,手术治疗组患者病情的再复发率为30%,中药治疗组患者病情的再复发率为0%,中药治疗组患者病情的再复发率明显低于手术治疗组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :联用抗炎药、中药与激素类药物对病情复发的肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者进行治疗的效果显著,能有效地预防其病情再复发。

Objective To study effect of therapy of anti-inflammatory drugs combined with traditional Chinese medicine and amcinonide for the recrudescent granulomatous mastitis. Methods To study clinical material of 40 patients treated in a Mianyang Tumor Hospital from April 2015 to April 2016. Randomly divided the 40 patients into operation group（20 cases） and TCM group（20 cases）. Treat operation group with operation, anti-inflammatory and amcinonide. Treat TCM group with anti-inflammatory, traditional Chinese medicine and amcinonide. Compare recrudescent rates of two group. Results In half year follow-up investigation after treatment, recrudescent rate of operation group is 30%, recrudescent rate of TCM group is 0,discrepancy of the study results of two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treat recrudescent granulomatous mastitis with therapy of anti-inflammatory drugs combined with traditional Chinese medicine and amcinonide is effective for prevent recidivation.
