摘要
为探讨竹炭与无机矿石材料T20组合改良剂对皖南旱地烤烟生态及产质量的综合效应,研究了3种不同用量竹炭与T20改良剂对皖南旱地烤烟农艺性状、SPAD值、经济性状、烤烟外观和评吸质量、内在化学成分的影响。结果表明:竹炭与T20组合施用可促进烤烟生长发育,有利于烤烟的"早发快长",尤其是在旺长期和成熟期表现出显著优势;在团棵期和旺长期,添加竹炭与T20的A1和A2处理SPAD值均显著高于对照(CK);竹炭与T20组合可提高烟叶产量并优化等级结构,其中A1、A2与A3处理的产量较对照分别提高了7.02%,7.31%与23.28%;同时,竹炭与T20组合提高了烟叶的外观和评吸质量;在内在化学成分及协调性方面,竹炭与T20组合施用降低了烤烟的烟碱、全氮和蛋白质含量,提高了还原糖、钾含量,氯含量差异不显著;糖碱比显著提升,而氮碱比、钾氯比提升不显著。综合结果表明,竹炭与T20组合施用能够改善皖南旱地烤烟生长、提高烤烟经济性状、协调烟叶内在化学品质,同时也可为生物炭与无机矿石材料在旱地农业生产上的应用提供理论依据和参考。
In order to explore the combined effects of bamboo biochar and T20 combination amendment on dryland flue-cured tobacco ecology, yield and quality at south Anhui province, this paper studied the effects of indicators of 3 different bamboo biochar amounts and T20 combination amendment on agronomic characteristics, SPAD value, economic characters, appearance quality, smoking quality and inner chemical component of flue-cured tobacco. Results showed that the combined application of bamboo biochar and T20 could stimulate flue-cured tobacco growth and development, be beneficial for "early germination and fast growing" of flue-cured tobacco. It showed remarkable advantages especially at vigorous growing and maturing stages. During tobacco resetting and vigorous growing stages. The SPAD values of A1 and A2 adding bamboo biochar and T20 treatments were significantly higher than that of the control. The combination of bamboo biochar and T20 could increase tobacco leaf yield and optimize grading structure. The A1, A2 and A3 treatments increased the tobacco yield by 7.02%, 7.31% and 23.28%, respectively, as compared with the control.
