国医大师金世元教授中药传统技术经验在高等职业院校传承模式的研究

Inheritance modes about Professional Experience of TCM Master Jin Shiyuan Developed in Training of Chinese Medicine Talents in High Vocational School

国医大师金世元教授从事中医药工作76年的过程中,形成了内涵丰富的学术思想和技术专长体系。并以师带徒为主要途径进行传承,取得了良好的效果。北京卫生职业学院在系统分析金世元教授技术经验应用特点的基础上,利用现代职业教育领域的理念和方法将金老在中药传统技能领域的宝贵经验转化到可用于人才培养的学习领域进行了研究,取得了良好的成效,并对名老中医药专家学术思想与技术专长的再传承模式进行了有益的探索与实践。

Professor Jin Shiyuan, a national TCM master, has engaged in Chinese medicine about 76 years. In the course of the 76 years he has formed a rich academic thoughts and technical expertise system. He adopted the handing-down teaching method as the main inheritance way and has obtained a good result. Beijing Health Vocational College based on the systematical analysis of professor Jin＇ s technological experiences and the characteristics of studying and essence of application experience, combining the ideas and methods of modem career education, has studied the transformation of professor Jin＇ s valuable experiences and skills on the field of Chinese medicine traditional technology into the learning field for talent cultivation, and achieved a very good result. At the same time the re-inheritance mode of old famous doctors on the traditional Chinese medicine expert＇ s academic thoughts and technical expertise has been practiced.
