社会事件转化为互联网政治讨论的影响因素研究——以中国互联网的政治讨论为例

The Factors of Online Discussion of the Transformation of Social Events into Internet Political Debates——A Case Study of the Political Debates on Internet

中国的互联网政治参与是政治学和传播学领域学者们讨论的热门话题。在中国的互联网生态环境中,现实生活中与政治无关的社会事件在互联网上都会转化为政治话题的讨论。这是目前中国互联网政治参与行为的一种特殊的形式。2014年发生的马航MH370失联事件可以看做社会事件转化为中国互联网政治讨论的一个典型案例。问卷调查的数据分析结果显示,社会事件转化为互联网政治事件的讨论受到人们的政治态度(例如政治效能感、民主态度、爱国主义、社会公正感)和政治行为(比如政治参与)等方面的影响。对这一问题的研究,对探寻互联网政治讨论的影响机制,甚至对在国家与社会关系的视角下探索中国政府的公民自治治理有着重要的意义。

The internet political participation in China is the hot topic in the field of politics and communication. In China, a non -political event in the offline becomes politicized discussion online. This is the special form of online political participation in China. That MH370 lost contact in 2014 could be employed as a ease of non -political event in the offline and it becomes politicized discussion online. From the data analysis, we find that the respondents’ political attitudes, such as political efficiency, patriotism, orientation toward democracy, and views on social inequality, and real life political participation, will influence whether discussions of social events are more likely to become politicized in China. This research will enhance our better understanding of online political participation and significantly contribute to the research on the influence on the citizens’ governance for Chinese politics from the perspective of state and society.
