摘要 系统采用先进的传感控制技术,以千兆以太环网作为通讯媒介,运用工业级可编程控制器和上位机组态软件,搭建数字化监控集成平台,实现对矿山设备智能监测、自动控制及安全预警,达到矿山主要生产环节"减人增安、减人增效"目的。运用SQL Server数据管理系统传输至云平台及矿安宝手机APP,实现信息共享,为安全监察、应急指挥决策及事故分析提供数据支撑,构建安全风险分级管控和隐患排查治理双重预防性工作机制,实现本质安全型矿山。 An intelligent early warning and control system of metal mine equipment is researched and developed, in which the advanced sensing control technology is used, the Gigabit Ethernet is applied as communication medium and the industrial programmable logic controller and PC configuration software is also adopted, to construct the digital monitoring integrated platform, achieve intelligent monitoring of mine equipment, automatic control and safety warning and so as to realize the aim "reduce personnel, increase safety and improve efficiency" in the main mine production link. The SQL server data management system is used to transmit the data to a cloud platform and ore Anbao mobile app to realize information sharing, providing data support for safety monitoring, emergency command decision and accident analysis and building a security risk classification management and control and hidden danger investigation and management of dual preventive work mechanism, so as to promote the realization of intrinsically safe mine.
