摘要
描述了橡胶行业硫化废气的特点,采用吸附/脱附-焚烧-脱硫净化工艺对其进行处理。该工艺利用蜂窝活性炭吸附,再由焚烧炉彻底燃烧降解污染物,所产生的SO_2由碱液吸收处理。工程运行结果表明,该处理工艺可使硫化废气中挥发性有机物(VOCs)去除率达90%以上,排放尾气恶臭浓度<300,SO_2质量浓度低于5 mg/m^3。
The technology of adsorptive concentration and combustion is supposed to an effective treatment for the heavy flow exhaust gas from rubber vulcanization process, which is characterized with low concentration of volatile organic compounds, sulfide and odor pollutants. The activated honeycomb carbon with good adsorption performance is used to remove the pollutants and can be regenerated by stripped the pollutants with hot air. Finally, the desorbed pollutants with high concentration flow into incinerator and are destroyed to non - toxic small molecules and SO2 which can be neutralized by alkali. The engi- neering running results show that the removal rate of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) can reach above 90% , the odor level of exhaust emissions is lower than 300 and the concentration of SO2 is less than 5 mg/m3 .
