摘要
介绍了粉矿仓移动卸料槽口的几种传统密闭方式,分析了各密闭技术存在的不足。针对移动卸料车定点卸料的作业特点,提出了一种移动卸料槽口新型动态密封装置,该动态密封装置摩擦阻力小、检修方便、密闭效果好。以某铁矿粉矿仓移动卸料槽口为研究对象,证明了该新型动态密封装置在移动卸料槽口的密闭效果,成功解决了移动卸料车作业产生的扬尘,具有很好的经济效益和环境效益。
This paper introduces several kinds of traditional closed methods for powder ore bin mobile unloading slot and analyzes the shortcomings of each technology. A new dynamic sealing device for mobile unloading slot is proposed, which has small frictional resistance, easy maintenance and good sealing effect. The new type of dynamic sealing device was designed to seal the moving unloading slot of some iron mine, and it was proved that this kind of dynamic sealing device had good sealing effect on moving unloading slot, bringing economic and environmental benefits.
