摘要 开发了直接钙化法处理乙酸精馏废液的技术。采用钙化剂将乙酸精馏废液中的乙酸、丙酸直接转化为乙酸钙、丙酸钙。考察了钙化剂种类、钙化温度等因素对钙化反应的影响。结果表明,以Ca(OH)_2为钙化剂,钙化温度为25℃时,生成丙酸钙和乙酸钙的量最多,能够达到综合回收利用乙酸精馏废液的目的。 A new technology of treating rectification waste liquid of acetic acid by direct calcification was presented, in which the acetic acid and propionic acid in the rectification waste liquid of acetic acid were directly converted into calcium acetate and calcium propionate by using calcification agent. The effects of the types of calcification agent and the calcification temperature on the reaction were investigated. The results showed that the most calcium propionate and calcium acetate were obtained with Ca(OH)2 as calcification agent at 25 ℃ and the purpose of the recovery and utilization of the rectification waste liquid of acetic acid was achieved.
