肠道菌群作用于结直肠癌免疫机制的相关研究进展

摘要 肠道菌群被誉为”人类第二基因”,参与了人体多种重要生理活动,与全身多种系统疾病,如糖尿病、癌症等密切相关,其重要性越来越引起人们的关注。大量的研究表明肠道菌群通过多种机制参与结直肠癌发生、发展及治疗过程,免疫效应起到非常关键的作用。近年来,肠道菌群的免疫机制更是目前研究中的热点与重点。肠道菌群作用于结肠癌中的免疫机制仍不明确,尚没有系统的结论,本文就肠道菌群在结直肠癌发生、发展等过程中免疫机制的前沿研究进行综述。 Intestinal flora is widely known as the "human second gene" , involved in a variety of important physiological activities of the human body, and closely related to the systemic diseases, such as diabetes, cancer. Its importance has aroused people' s attention. Numerous studies showed that intestinal flora is involved in occurrence, development and treatment process of colorectal cancer by multiple mechanisms, immunological mechanism plays a very key role. The immunological mechanism of intestinal flora has become the hotspot and focus of current research of colorectal cancer in recent years. However, it is not yet clear for the immunological mechanism of intestinal flora in colorectal cancer, and no conclusions have been drawn. There is a review of the advances in immunological mechanisms of intestinal flora in the development and progression of colorectal cancer.
