To promote the clinical rational use of voriconazole, a guideline was urgently needed to be developed to manage and guide voriconazole use. The protocol of guideline would introduce the methods and processes： such as collection and identification of the clinical issues and outcomes, evidence acquisition and evaluation, and consensus on recommend and so on.
