氦氖激光治疗烧伤后急性湿疹的疗效观察

目的观察氦氖激光治疗烧伤后发生急性湿疹患者的疗效。方法烧伤后急性湿疹患者70例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各35例。观察组予口服盐酸西替利嗪片及外用药物，同时湿疹部位进行氦氖激光照射。对照组予口服盐酸西替利嗪片及外用药物：治疗1周后根据急性湿疹的临床表现和疗效判断标准进行判定。结果观察组有效率88．6％，对照组有效率54．2％，观察组有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．01），观察组患者在氦氖激光照射过程中均未出现明显的不良反应。结论氦氖激光治疗烧伤后发生急性湿疹患者皮损及渗出明显减轻，疗效满意。

Objective To observer the efficacy of He-Ne laser in treating acute eczema after burn. Methods 70 patients were randomly divided into experimental group （ 35 cases ） and control group （ 35 cases ） . The former were given cetirizine hydrochloride tablets, topical drugs and He-Ne laser irradiation on the spot of eczema while the latter were given cetirizine hydrochloride tablets and topical drugs only. The therapeutic effects of both groups were determined one week later. Results The effective rate of experimental group was 88.6% and that of control group was 54.2%.The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group （ P〈0.01 ） . There was no obvious adverse effect in the experimental group with He-Ne laser irradiation. Conclusion He-Ne laser in the treatment of acute eczema after burn, the rash and exudation are significantly redueed and the effect of treatments are satisfactory.
