鼻成形术中自体鼻翼软骨移植填充鼻尖对鼻尖肥大 鼻尖部外形的改善作用

目的分析鼻成形术中自体鼻翼软骨移植填充鼻尖对鼻尖肥大、鼻尖部外形的改善作用。方法2012年7月至2015年5月收治鼻尖部外形不佳或者鼻尖肥大患者50例，采取鼻翼软骨移植填充鼻尖40例为观察组，另选取膨体材料作为鼻尖填充物患者10例为对照组，分析术后整形效果。结果观察组患者手术切口均为Ⅰ期愈合，自体鼻软骨无明显变形，鼻部取材区未塌陷、退缩以及明显瘢痕，鼻长提高，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），鼻尖高度显著增高（P〈0．05），鼻尖两顶尖距离显著减小（P〈0．05）。观察组患者手术矫正率（97．5％）显著高于对照组（80．0％）（P〈0．05），观察组术后并发症发生率（2．5％）显著低于对照组（20．0％）（P〈0．05）。结论采用自体鼻翼填充鼻尖能够改善鼻尖肥大、鼻尖部外形，术后效果良好，并发症发生率低，具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze the improvement effect on hypertrophy of nasal and tip shape with autologous alar cartilage graft. Methods 50 patients in our hospital from July 2012 to May 2015 with tip of poor shape or nasorostral hypertrophy were selected as the research object, 40 cases with alar cartilage graft as the observation group, 10 cases with bulk material as nasal tip filler as control group, the shaping effect after operation was analyzed. Results The observation group of patients with surgical incision stage I healing, autologous cartilage of nasal region based no significant deformation, no collapse, retreat and obvious scar, nose length increased, but the difference was not statistically significant, P〉0.05, nose tip height increased significantly P〈0.05, the top two, the tip distance decreased significantly, P〈0.05. Patients in the observation group underwent surgical correction rate （ 97.5% ） was significantly higher than the control group （ 80%, P〈0.05 ） , the observation group the incidence of postoperative complications （ 2.5 % ） was significantly lower than the control group （ 20% ） , P〈0.05. Conclusion Autologous alar cartilage graft can improve the nasal tip hypertrophy and nasal tip shape with good postoperative effect and low complication rate, has the value of popularization.
