肺癌晚期伴抑郁症卧床患者的舒适护理

目的探讨肺癌晚期伴抑郁症卧床患者的舒适护理。方法回顾性分析2015年1月至2016年10月33例肺癌晚期伴抑郁症卧床患者的临床护理资料。结果24例患者病情稳定出院，5例患者继续支持治疗，4例患者死亡。结论肺癌晚期伴抑郁症卧床患者应严密做好病情观察，对症护理，并做好心理护理等方面的舒适护理。

Objective To explore the comfortable nursing of late lung cancer with depression on bed. Methods 33 cases clinical nursing data of late lung cancer with depression on bed from January 2015 to October 2016 were retrospective analyzed. Result 24 cases stable condition discharged, 5 cases continued to support treatment, 4 cases death. Conclusion Late lung cancer with depression on bed should be closely observed with the disease, symptomatic care, psychological care and other aspects ofa goodjob ofcomfort.
