应用高强聚焦超声治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的护理

目的探讨高强聚焦超声（HIFU）治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的护理。方法剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者56例，予HIFU联合宫腔镜手术治疗。围术期护理包括术前心理护理、肠道准备、膀胱准备、皮肤护理、体位训练；术中体位护理、密切观察患者术中反应和生命体征、膀胱护理；术后皮肤护理、并发症观察及护理、出院指导等。结果所有患者均顺利完成治疗。术中发生下肢麻木1例，术后发生局部皮肤红肿2例、血尿1例，经处理后好转。无一例出现残留或其他严重并发症。结论高强聚焦超声是一种安全、有效治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的方法，全面、高效的护理措施是提高治疗成功率、减少并发症的保障。

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing interventions during the treatment of pregnancy at the incision of cesarean section with high-intensity focused ultrasound （ HIFU ） . Methods 56 patients with pregnancy at the incision of cesarean section were involved in this study, given HIFU followed with hysteroscope operation therapy. The perioperative nursing contained preoperative psychological nursing, intestinal preparation, urinary bladder preparation, postoperative skin nursing, observation and nursing of common complications, and hospital discharge guidance. Results All of the involved patients were received the treatment successfully. One patient had numbness of lower limb during operation, two of them had redness and swelling of local skin, and one had hematuria after operation. And all of the symptoms relieved after proper treatments, without any other complications. Conclusion HIFU is a safe and effective method to cure the pregnancy at the incision of cesarean section, and more special and more perfect nursing is the key to maximize the achievement ratio and minimize complications.
