摘要
在高校思想政治理论课教学中倡导自主性学习,有利于培养大学生自由独立的精神和完善的人格,并对其日后生活和工作的自主性发展产生积极影响。当前,民族班学生思想政治理论课自主性学习存在学习缺乏计划、学习资源利用率低、缺少探究发现、跨语言理解障碍、理性思维发展滞后等问题。为了更好地引导民族班学生自主性学习,提高自主性学习的效果,教师需要主动调整自己的角色定位,在教学中扮演好学习活动的协助者、学习资源的服务者、学生个性的研究者、多元文化的诠释者和校园杂音的屏蔽者等多重角色。
It is helpful to cultivate the spirit of free and independent college students and perfect personality in the teaching of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities, and to have a positive impact on the future development of their life and work. At present, there are some problems such as blindness, low utilization rate of learning resources, lack of inquiry discovery, obstacle to cross-language comprehension and lagging behind rational thinking. In order to better guide the autonomous learning of ethnic class students and improve the effect of autonomous learning, teachers of ideological and political education need to take the initiative to adjust their role in teaching, play a good role in learning activities, teaching assistant, learning resources servant, student personality researcher, multicultural interpreter and various wrong ideological trends resister, etc.
