摘要
教育公平是世界各国教育改革和发展研究的重要课题。法国作为传统的文化教育强国,面对新时期的挑战和逐渐衰弱的国际影响力,不断推进教育改革,而公平问题始终是各个阶段改革的重中之重。法国特殊的"双轨制"教育体系与我国的城乡二元结构有一定程度的相似性,因此,法国为实现教育公平所做出的努力以及在此过程中的种种困难,对我国教育发展有切实的参考意义。本文梳理和评述了我国学者自2000年来以研究法国教育公平状况的相关成果,包括理论框架及基础教育、高等教育两方面的改革经验,同时也指出了不足之处。
Education fairness is an important theme in the Facing new challenges and the fading international influence, reform and development of education for many countries. France as a traditional cultural superpower, has been pushing educational reforms, and education fairness has always been the crux of the matter. The French "double track educational system" is to some extent comparable to the Chinese dualistic structure. Therefore, the French achievements and the difficulties are valuable reference sources for Chinese scholars and educators. This paper reviews and synthesizes the understanding of French education fairness in the past 20 years, including theoretical framework, the french experience of both primary education reforms and higher education reforms. The weak point of existing research on the topic is also pointed out.
