季铵型淀粉对棉织物的阳离子改性工艺优化

Process optimization of cationic modification of cotton fabric with quaternary ammonium starch

摘要 以季铵型阳离子淀粉为改性剂,设计正交试验,采用二浸二轧-焙烘工艺对棉织物进行阳离子改性,然后再进行活性染料无盐染色。在综合分析阳离子淀粉的用量、焙烘温度和焙烘时间这3个因素对上染率、匀染性、K/S值影响的基础上,优化了改性工艺。结果表明,最优改性工艺参数是阳离子淀粉用量为3%(omf)、焙烘温度为60℃、焙烘时间为20 min。 Modification of cotton fabric is carried out with quaternary ammonium cationized starch. Orthogonal experiments are designed for the cationic modification of cotton fabric with two dip two pad process followed by salt free reactive dyeing. The influences of cationic starch dosage, curing temperature and time on the dye uptake, levelness and K/S values of the dyeing are discussed, and the optimum modification process is determined as: quaternary ammonium cationized starch is 3% (omf), and curing at 60℃ for 20 min.
