摘要 海藻炭纤维具有良好的远红外线放射与产生负离子的功能,是一种新型功能性原料。为开发海藻炭纤维高档家纺面料,采用海藻炭纤维与精梳棉混纺纱为经纱,以桑蚕丝为纬纱交织成坯布。经过合理的海藻炭/棉混纺纱工艺设计、产品规格设计、织造及后整理等关键加工工序,保证了产品的性能与品质。 The seaweed carbon fiber is a new functional material, and it has good functions of far infrared radiation and negative ion generation. To develop high-grade home textile fabrics, seaweed carbon fiber and combed cotton blended yarn is used as warp, and then interweaved with woven silk to produce a grey cloth. The corresponding key technical measures such as rational seaweed carbon fiber and cotton blended yarn spinning design, product specification design, weaving and finishing are taken in the key process to ensure product performance and quality.
