摘要
将聚丙烯(PP)熔喷空气过滤材料浸泡在4种溶剂中,通过改变处理时间和加热温度,研究处理后静电的消除效果。对处理后的熔喷空气过滤材料的纤网结构、纤维直径、孔径和过滤性能进行测试。结果显示,4种溶剂并未破坏熔喷纤网结构和纤维表面形态。由此可见,不同处理条件下材料过滤效率的降低主要是由于静电消除导致的。当加热温度为60℃、处理时间为12 h时,经异丙醇溶液处理的熔喷材料的过滤效率下降到最低值34.27%,静电消除效果最佳。
The polypropylene (PP) melt-blown air filter materials are immersed in different four solvents by varying the processing time and the heating temperature to study the discharging effect. Then the structure, fiber diameter, pore size and filtration efficiency of the samples are tested. The resuhs indicate that the structure and fiber surface morphology of meh-blown materials are not destroyed after solvent treatment, which means that the decrease in filtration efficiency of samples with different treatments mainly contributes to discharging. The filtration efficiency of melt-blown materials decreases to the lowest value of 34.27% after isopropanol treatment with heating temperature of 60℃ and processing time of 12 h, which can reach the best effect of discharging.
