依帕司他联合前列地尔治疗早期糖尿病肾病的肾功能情况及过氧化损伤、炎症损伤评估 被引量:24

摘要 目的:研究依帕司他联合前列地尔治疗早期糖尿病肾病的肾功能、过氧化损伤、炎症损伤情况。方法:收集2011年6月~2015年11月间在陕西省咸阳市第一人民医院接受治疗的早期糖尿病肾病患者90例,根据单盲随机对照法,分为观察组、对照组各45例。观察组患者接受依帕司他联合前列地尔治疗,对照组患者仅接受前列地尔治疗,均持续3月。治疗前、治疗3月后,采用免疫透射比浊法测定外周血肾功能指标,采用速率法测定尿液中肾功能指标;采用ELISA法检测过氧化指标、炎症指标含量。结果:治疗前,两组患者的肾功能、过氧化损伤、炎症损伤指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3月后,观察组患者的Scr、CysC、β2-MG、NAG、ROS、AOPPs、IL-8、IL-27、PCT含量低于对照组患者,CAT、TSOD、IL-4、IL-10、IL-13含量高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:依帕司他联合前列地尔可保护早期糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能,抑制过氧化损伤及炎症损伤。 Objective: To study the renal function, peroxidation damage and inflammatory injury after epalrestat combined with alprostadil treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods: A total of 90 patients with early diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital between June 2011 and November 2015 were collected and divided into observation group and control group (n=45) according to the single-blind randomized control method.Observation group received epalrestat combined with alprostadil treatment, control group received alprostadil treatment alone, and the treatment of both groups lasted for 3 months.Before treatment and after 3 months of treatment, turbidimetric immunoassay was used to detect the renal function indexes in peripheral blood, rate method was used to detect the renal function indexes in urine, and ELISA method was used to detect the levels of peroxidation indexes and inflammation indexes.Results: Before treatment, differences in renal function, peroxidation damage and inflammatory damage indexes were not statistically significant between two groups of patients (P〉0.05).After 3 months of treatment, Scr, CysC, β2-MG, NAG, ROS, AOPPs, IL-8, IL-27 and PCT levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group while CAT, TSOD, IL-4, IL-10 and IL-13 levels were higher than those of control group (P〈0.05).Conclusions: Epalrestat combined with alprostadil can protect the renal function and inhibit the peroxidation damage and inflammatory injury in patients with early diabetic nephropathy.
