伴随着信息技术的快速发展和智能终端的迅速普及,研究图书馆在新环境下Online To Offline服务特性、服务模式,对于图书馆的服务管理、资源建设和技术平台推广都有着重要的实践价值。研究构建图书馆以读者服务站和掌上图书馆两个平台为中心,以综合自助服务一体机和智能终端两种媒介为载体的"三位一体"的服务模式,其中包括座位管理系统、RFID、二维码、微信公众平台等现代技术在图书馆创新服务中的具体应用。

With the fast development of information ＆ technology and rapid popularization of smart terminal, it has important practice values that we make research on the online to offline service characters and modes of library un- der new environment for library＇s service management, resource construction and technology platform promotion. The article builds the library, service mode which takes the reader＇s service station and hand -held platform as the center, two media： comprehensive self - service all - in - one and smart terminal as the carrier＇ s trinity, which concludes seat management system, RFID, quick - response code, WeChat public platform and other modern tech- nologies specific applied for library＇s innovation service.
