大型矿热炉新型铜板炉盖的开发与应用

摘要 目前国内矿热炉水冷炉盖大多采用钢结构,正常使用寿命一般在2年以内,未能适应矿热炉大型化、大功率化、自动化的发展趋势。华兴股份近年来开发一种大型矿热炉新型铜板炉盖,采用压延铜板钻孔焊接工艺,具有良好的导热性、结构强度高等特点,在国内外几个大型矿热炉得到应用,使用寿命比钢结构水冷炉盖显著提高。 At present most water-cooled roofs of submerged are furnaces in China is steel structure, which normal work life is less than 2 years. This kind of structure could not adapt the development trend of large-scale, high power and automation for submerged arc furnace. Huaxing company has developed a kind of large-scale submerged arc fur- nace copper plate roof using rolling, drilling and welding technology. The copper plate roof has advantages such as good thermal conductivity, high strength structure etc., which has applied in several large-scale submerged arc furnace at home and aboard. Compared with the steel structure water-cooled roof, the work life is significantly improved.
