"业缘"文化在我国源远流长,在促进各行业发展中发挥了非常重要的作用,而且对深化社会交往,推动社会进步也是一种不可或缺的力量。我国在推动"21世纪海上丝绸之路"的建设过程中,应当通过发挥国内外华商行会作用,加强人才、智库交流,深化产业合作,发挥民间交流等"业缘"文化形式的重要作用,有效地化解建设过程中的障碍,进而更好地促进沿线经济发展,惠及沿线人民。

＂Industry affinity＂ culture originated in China and has lasted for a long time. The culture not only plays an important role in promoting industrial development, but also is an indispensable force in deepening social exchanges and promoting social progress. Suggestions are proposed to propel the construction of ＂Marine silk road in the 21st century＂ to better promote the economic de- velopment along the line and to benefit the people on the road. They include exploiting the role of Chinese business associations both at home and abroad, strengthening exchanges among talents and think-tanks, deepening industrial cooperation, promoting the role of the cultural form of the industry affinity such as people-to-people exchanges and effectively resolving the obstacles in the construction process.
