摘要
运用SWOT分析法对徽戏童子班传承模式进行研究,指出现今童子班在建设过程中存在的重要问题,并提出一些具有可操作性和实际意义的完善对策,试图使徽戏的传承真正做到后继有人。
The article, using the SWOT analysis, studies the inheritance model of Jixi children＇s groupof Hui opera performing, and points out the current problems in the process of constructing the group. Thearticle also suggests some workable and practical countermeasures in an effort to make sure Hui opera hasqualified successors.
