摘要
我校本科生导师制的实施得到了学生的欢迎,但也暴露出现阶段存在的诸多问题。在剖析原因的基础上,提出了导师引领与项目驱动紧密结合的分阶段、持续型大学生培养模式,确定学生本科期间的持续性研究课题,并根据学生每个阶段学习任务的多寡,在导师的指导下分阶段实施课题,实现导师对学生的充分认知和引领。
The undergraduate tutorial system is popular with the students in our university, but there are still many problems at this stage. By analyzing these problems, a training mode of university students is proposed based on the close combination of tutor guidance and project driven. Continuous research project is determined for the undergraduate students during the whole undergraduate period, and the project will be completed under the guidance of a tutor in phase according to how much time the students have. The whole process can realize the full cognition and guidance to the students.
