Spring Eends in Jiangnan is the final work of the contemporary writer Ge Fei＇s Jiangnan Trilo- gy. The distortion of social environment in the novel revealed the source of spiritual dilemma, the charac- ters＇ disillusionment depicted the condition of spiritual dilemma. The character of Tan Duanwu＇s behavior was noble and pure ,which had positive significance, but still had a certain one-sidedness. To analyze this issue, it is significant to solve the spiritual reality problem that people are facing.
