基于SPSS统计分析的二语及外语词汇教学法的实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用准实验设计,评估"自下而上"和"自上而下"两种模式针对中国大学生在英语词汇教学方法上的相对有效性。参与者为某学院一年级学生(N=120)。参与者被分为两组,一组采用"自上而下"教学法,另一组采用"自下而上"教学法,进行48小时的词汇教学。通过对学术词汇量和控制性产出词汇知识的两次测试,即前测与后测,来检测受试者取得的成绩。运用SPSS(20.0)对两组的两次测试成绩进行统计分析,结果表明:在后测中(T2),无论是词汇量还是控制性产出词汇知识,采用"自下而上"教学法组学生的成绩略优于采用"自上而下"组学生的成绩。分析表明"自下而上"教学法的优势具有统计学意义。 The relative effectiveness was analyzed in this paper of two modes "B-up" and "T-down" ap- plied to English vocabulary teaching methods to Chinese University students, which is evaluated by a qua- si-experimental design. The participants are from the freshmen of one university ( N = 120 ). The partici- pants are divided into two groups to be taught English vocabulary for 48 hours, T-down teaching method for one group, B-up teaching method for another group. The subjects' achievements are checked by two tests, namely the pretest and posttest, of academic vocabulary size and control-productive vocabulary knowledge. Two test scores of two groups are made statistical analysis by using SPSS (20. 0) and the re- suits show that in the post tests (T2), both the vocabulary size and control-productive vocabulary knowl- edge, the groups of students scores being used B-up method of teaching are slightly better than those being used T-down method of teaching. It shows that the advantages of B-up teaching method have statistical sig- nificance.
