近百年来五伦思想研究述评

An overview of the studies on five ethics during the past century

儒学是中国传统文化的主流,而五伦则是儒家道德的内核,是中国古代社会最基本的人伦关系。对五伦思想的研究有利于我们认识儒学的各个发展阶段和历史命运,理解儒家伦理思想在中国传统社会中的地位、作用,并为现代社会和谐人际关系的建立以及中西文明的对话提供有益的思想资源。近百年来,学界对五伦思想的研究大体经历了三个阶段:清末民初至五四新文化运动为五伦思想的批判与解构时期;五四新文化运动至上世纪八九十年代为五伦思想的正名与复兴时期;八九十年代至今为五伦思想的反思与重构时期。整体而言,思想史中的五伦思想研究、方法论上的五伦思想研究、比较视域中的五伦思想研究以及现代意义上的五伦思想研究是我们此方向研究今后的努力方向。

Confucianism is the mainstream of Chinese traditional culture, while the five ethics is its kernel, and it stands for the basic human relationship. This study is intended to help us understand Confu- cianism in relation to development, destiny, status and role. Besides, it helps with the establishment of a harmonious relation between Chinese and western civilizations. Over the past century, an academic study of five ethics has gone through three phases, from the beginning of the late Qing dynasty to new culture movement, from new culture movement to the 1980s or 1990s, and from 1980s or 1990s to present.
