摘要
为研究温拌橡胶沥青路用性能,通过针入度试验、软化点试验、布氏旋转粘度试验、弹性恢复试验以及离析性能分析试验,综合对比研究了两种不同生产条件下的温拌橡胶沥青的基本特性。结果表明:温拌剂和胶粉合理掺量分别为3%和18%,在很大程度上可改善沥青的性能。通过综合对比,认为温拌橡胶沥青胶结料生产宜采用的制备方法为:在沥青中加入胶粉,经高速剪切(4 500 r/min)60分钟后再加温拌剂搅动5分钟。
In order to study the pavement performance of rubberized warm asphalt, a comprehensive comparative study is performed for the basic properties of the rubberized warm asphalt prepared under two different production conditions by needle penetration test, softening point test, Brookfield viscosity test, elastic recovery test and separation performance test. The test results show that when the content of warm mixing agent and reasonable powder are 3 % and 18 % respectively, and greatly improve the of asphalt property is significantly improved. Through the comprehensive comparison, it is concluded that rubberized warm asphalt is prepared as shown below : add rubber powder into the asphalt, shear at high speed (4 500 r/min) for 60 rain, and head while stirring for 5 min.
