摘要
目的探讨微孔导管浣洗术与YL-1硬通道穿刺引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的临床效果。方法选择2015年3月—2016年3月在神经外科治疗的慢性硬膜下血肿患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组采取微孔导管浣洗术,对照组采用YL-1硬通道穿刺引流术,比较两组疗效、手术时间和住院时间,数据进行统计学处理,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义,数据进行统计学处理,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果治疗后观察组有效率为93.33%,对照组为73.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.320,P<0.05),观察组手术时间、住院时间分别为(15.0±3.4)min、(7.0±1.5)d,对照组分别为(19.5±3.5)min、(8.2±1.5)d,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=5.051、3.098,P<0.05)。结论慢性硬膜下血肿患者采取微孔导管浣洗术治疗,能够明显提高治疗效果,缩短手术时间和住院时间,值得临床推广。
Objective To compare the curative effect of the washing operation and YL-1 microporous conduit hard channel puncture and drainage in the treatment of Chronic Subdural Hematoma. Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with chronic subdural hematoma from March 2015-2016 year in March in our hospital department of neurosurgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. The observation group received the washing operation care, while the control group received YL-1 microporous conduit hard channel puncture. The hospital time, operating time and the curative effects were compared between two groups. The data was statistically managed and compared, if P0.05, difference have statistical sense. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%. There was significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(χ~2=4.320, P0.05).The hospital and operating time for was(15.0±3.4)min,(7.0±1.5) d for the observation group and(19.5±3.5) min,(8.2±1.5) d for the control group, respectively. There was significant difference in hospital and operating time between the two groups(t=5.051, 3.098, P0.05). Conclusion The application of the washing operation in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma can significantly enhance the curative effect and shorten the operating and hospitalization time, and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
